Hello and welcome! After 17 wonderful years of working with CHARIS Counseling Associates, I’m excited to introduce my new solo teletherapy practice - VOICE of Many Waters Christian Counseling - LLC.  My approach is rooted in a Christian worldview, believing that GOD is the ultimate healer of all pain, past, present and future.   I am licensed in Oregon and Washington and specialize in a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, divorce and life transitions.  I hold a degree from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from George Fox University.  I am currently seeing women 25 and up.  I utilize a systemic developmental strength-based approach, drawing on a variety of modalities including: Somatic Psychotherapy (body-mind connection); Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); Internal Family Systems (IFS); Narrative Therapy; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Expressive Therapies (virtual sandtray, projective photography, and dream journaling).
